Also, there's the DM's Basic Rules: http://media.wizards.com/2014/downloads/dnd/DMDnDBasicRules_v0.1.pdf
From just a glance it appears that DM's Basic Rules is a mini-monster manual. I'll write more once I've had a chance to really read through it.
